BASIC PACKAGE

Our Basic Package is designed to help the Small Self Employed person.  One person no employees.

Someone working on the tools who simply does not have the time, want or the know how of looking after their financial records.

This package is for you $ 250.00 p/mth plus GST.

​

What does it include:

​

     Initial Setup of Software if non provided.  (Does not include cost of Software).

    

     Data Entry of all your receipts.

     Bank Reconciliation of two bank accounts - Using Bank Feeds.

     Collating, matching and filing all your paperwork bound into a folder for your Accountant etc.

     Free Courier Bags and Courier collection of your paperwork every month.

     Free Email & telephone support

     Free Printing and Posting

     Direct Liaising with your accountant

     Monthly and or Quarterly Reports for your accountant for lodgement.

Need to add wages, no problems.

​

One to five Employees - You prepare and pay wages, we data enter only.                              Additional $    50.00 p/mth plus GST.

                                       - We prepare wages and you pay from Report or ABA File                Additional  $ 100.00 p/mth plus GST.

                                       - We prepare and we pay with approved bank login                           Additional  $  150.00 p/mth plus GST.

This includes Superannuation Calculations, preparation and payment of Monthly or Quarterly if authorized via Software clearing house, Annual Return to Work SA Reconciliation and the supply and issuing of payslips including Annual reconciliation and finalization of PAYG Summaries to ATO as required.

EXAMPLE

RESCUE PACKAGE

Our rescue package is for those businesses who have fallen behind and need some help to catch up with all the paperwork.

This may include setting up a data file or doing some manual Excel spreadsheets to help your accountant to complete your financials.

​

The rescue work would include all the items as listed in our basic package, the only difference is that this work would be charged and paid for upfront in block hours.  These block hours can be purchased as follows;

​

          10 hour Block - $    650.00 plus GST

          20 hour Block - $ 1,100.00 plus GST

          40 hour Block - $ 2,000.00 plus GST

 

As this type of work always seems to be one of urgency, for this reason we request payment upfront.  Any hours not used, will be refunded at the same rate per hour as purchased after providing assistance to accountant if needed, as further work may be required in some instances.
